Faizan Arhat, Misri Shah Loha Market:
He runs his business under the name Faizan Arhat in Lahore’s Misri Shah Loha Market, one of Pakistan’s busiest steel hubs. The firm is recognized among traders for its consistent stock of coils and fair dealings built over decades.

Umair Barkatullah grew up watching his father build something remarkable and understood early on what it actually takes to sustain it. He didn’t just inherit a business. He learned it from the inside and then brought his own thinking to it.
As Co-CEO of ARK Group of Companies, Umair leads the company’s strategic direction across its real estate operations in Pakistan and its international presence in the UAE and China. He has been instrumental in strengthening ARK Group’s position as one of Lahore’s most respected real estate companies and in securing the group’s status as the official RUDA Sales Partner, giving clients direct access to some of the most significant government-backed property developments in Pakistan today.
